Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cp444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cp444 website available at cp444.bet and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the Service.

By accessing the Service, clicking "Register", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close any account you may have opened.

Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the Service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter.

• 2.1You must be at least 21 years of age. cp444 enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
• 2.2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations may not open an account. You may not open an account on behalf of another person or allow any third party to use your account.
• 2.3You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• 2.4You must be the sole and beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your cp444 account. cp444 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your name will be refunded and the account may be restricted.
• 2.5Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at cp444's discretion, and any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account.

Account Management and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. cp444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• 3.1You must notify cp444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. cp444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
• 3.2cp444 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction.
• 3.3Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. cp444 will attempt to contact the registered mobile number before applying any dormant account fee. Applicable dormant account fees will be disclosed at the time of notification.
• 3.4You may close your account at any time by contacting cp444 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests cannot be reversed once processed, though you may register a new account subject to these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

cp444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the supported mobile financial services. The following clauses govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• 4.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits published in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform, which cp444 may adjust from time to time. Deposits below the minimum threshold will be returned to the source payment method.
• 4.2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless you have updated your payment method in the Finance / Wallet section. cp444 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 4.3cp444 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by the mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to the transaction are the responsibility of the player and are governed by those providers' own published fee schedules. cp444 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party MFS fees.
• 4.4All deposits must come from a payment method that is registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment method, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 4.5cp444 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, cp444 may request additional documentation before releasing funds, consistent with its obligations under applicable financial regulations.

Bonuses and Promotions

cp444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional benefits from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• 5.1All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• 5.2Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Where a player claims a new bonus before the wagering requirements of a current bonus have been satisfied, cp444 reserves the right to determine which bonus takes precedence or to void the conflicting bonus at its sole discretion.
• 5.3cp444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the wagering requirements in force at the time of the claim will continue to apply to any bonus balance already credited to the account.
• 5.4Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion will be voided in full, including any winnings derived from that bonus. cp444 reserves the right to reverse transactions and reclaim funds where bonus abuse is established, and to close the associated account.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

cp444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following clauses set out both the platform's commitments to players and the responsibilities that players accept when using the Service.

• 6.1Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via the account settings panel. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period of up to 7 days to give players time to reconsider. cp444 reserves the right to apply more conservative limits where there is evidence of problematic play.
• 6.2Players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting cp444 support. During a time-out or self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes and the player will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods may not be shortened once activated.
• 6.3cp444 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling. Where such patterns are identified, cp444 may proactively contact the player with information about responsible gaming resources and may apply protective account restrictions without requiring the player to request them.
• 6.4By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are playing for entertainment purposes and with funds that you can afford to lose. You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that past winnings are not indicative of future outcomes. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform to help manage your play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cp444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• 7.1Using the Service for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means and withdrawing them as apparently legitimate winnings.
• 7.2Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including through the use of bots, automated play scripts, or any software that circumvents the standard game interface.
• 7.3Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculations to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are void regardless of whether the error was reported to cp444.
• 7.4Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under false identities, or through the use of accounts belonging to other persons, for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a suspension or self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cp444 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, database structures, audio and video materials, and the overall selection and arrangement of such content, is the exclusive property of cp444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any cp444 content without prior written authorisation from cp444. Unauthorised use of cp444 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp444 limits its liability to you as set out in the following clauses. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as liability for fraudulent misrepresentation).

• 9.1cp444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if cp444 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• 9.2cp444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 9.3cp444 makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and events beyond cp444's reasonable control may affect Service availability. cp444 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

cp444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cp444 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the cp444.bet website and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account as set out in section 3.4.

cp444 may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if cp444 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Upon termination for breach, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law, after deducting any amounts owed to cp444. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which cp444 operates.
